✦   Deep restorative clean   ✦

A meticulous, top-to-bottom reset.

The deep clean we recommend before joining recurring service — and every 3 months after. Below is exactly what's included.

When to book one

Not a bigger recurring clean — a different service entirely.

A deep restorative clean is a longer, slower, more methodical visit with a different checklist and different tools. We're not dusting and tidying faster — we're degreasing, descaling and detailing the parts of your home a weekly visit is never scheduled to touch.

  • First professional clean — or first in 60+ days
  • Moving into an occupied home (use Move-in/out for empty homes)
  • Pre-listing, pre-event or before family stays over
  • Coming out of renovation or heavy construction dust
  • Quarterly refresh on a recurring plan

✦   What to expect on the day

A full day of work, paced properly.

Deep cleans aren't rushed — products need dwell time, surfaces need to be agitated, and details matter. Here's roughly how the visit flows.

  1. Hour 0

    Walk-through & priority list

We arrive on time, walk the home with you, and confirm any focus areas — pet zones, allergy concerns, anything you've been meaning to get to.

  2. Hour 1 – 2

    Kitchen heavy-lift

Cabinet fronts, backsplash and grout degreased, hood vent inside and out, behind small appliances. Oven and fridge interiors go first when added — they need the longest dwell time.

  3. Hour 2 – 4

    Wet areas descaled

Bathrooms get the heaviest attention — descaler on glass, tile and grout, fans pulled and wiped, fixtures polished, baseboards detailed.

  4. Hour 4 – 6

    Whole-home detail

Vents, baseboards, sills, tracks, ceiling fans, light fixtures, doors and switch plates — the architectural detail recurring visits skim over.

  5. Final hour

    Floors & finish walk

Edge-detail vacuuming, mop with fresh water in every room, then a walk-through together so you see everything before we leave.

✦   Common questions

Before you book.

Do I need a deep clean before starting recurring service?

Almost always, yes — unless your home has been professionally cleaned within the last 60 days. A standard recurring visit isn't designed to remove built-up grime, so without the reset we'd never reach the baseline our recurring plan is priced to maintain.

How long does it take?

Most deep cleans run 4–8 hours and we typically send 2 cleaners to keep it inside a single day. Larger homes or heavier conditions can take longer — we'll give you a flat-quote window before the visit, not a surprise on the day.

Is it a one-time service or can it repeat?

Both. Many clients book it once as their first visit, then move to recurring. Others book a refresh deep clean quarterly — seasonal resets bundled into a recurring plan at a reduced rate.

What do I need to do to prepare?

Empty the fridge, oven or cabinets if you’ve added those interiors (they’re optional extras, not part of the standard deep clean), and clear high-value or fragile items from surfaces. We bring everything else — supplies, equipment, microfiber, the lot.

How is pricing different from a recurring clean?

Deep cleans are flat-quoted based on home size, bathrooms and condition — typically 1.8x to 2.5x a standard visit. There’s no per-hour billing — we estimate the time your home needs and lock it in as one flat price. Optional extras like oven and fridge interiors, interior windows or laundry are quoted separately and only added if you ask for them.

How we bill

One flat price for the job. No hourly clock. No surprise charges.

We use the size, condition and details of your home to estimate how long it takes — then quote that as a flat rate. Once your price is confirmed, it doesn't change on the day of service.

Flat rate, not hourly

We estimate the time a home like yours takes, then lock that in as one flat price. If the job runs long, that's on us — your price doesn't move.

We call to confirm scope

No two homes — or homeowners — are the same. Some want blinds wet-dusted and baseboards spotless, others are fine with a light dust. We ask before we quote so the number is right.

✦ 24-hour guarantee

If we miss something major, we come back — free.

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right. It covers real misses, not a stray speck of dust.

Covered

  • A room or bathroom that was skipped
  • Blinds, baseboards or surfaces clearly not touched
  • Obvious leftover dirt, grime or soap scum
  • A checklist item that plainly wasn't done

Not covered

  • A few specks of dust or a stray hair
  • Minor touch-ups after normal daily use
  • Deep build-up that needs a separate treatment
  • Areas we couldn't access or were asked to skip

Every home is different. A first clean gets a home most of the way there — it often takes more than one visit before a home settles into an easy maintenance rhythm.
